Shipping & Delivery - Ocelloni

Ocelloni’s main goal when it comes to the shipping and delivery process is to make it as convenient as possible for the customer. Quickness, of course, is guaranteed. We value your time and do our best to ensure no delay in the delivery of ordered items. 

Correct shipping information, as well as specification, makes the shipping and delivery work flawlessly. That's why we encourage you to double-check your orders before adding them to your cart. 

We manage the last mile when it comes to the shipping of our products. Do not worry about your item getting lost in transit. You will receive a tracking code after placing an order on Ocelloni. This code will let you know the current location of the package. You will receive this code in your registered mail id as soon as you place your order. 

Before your ordered item is packaged, it will go through rounds of quality checks. We pride ourselves on our grade A packaging and delivery process. Rest assured, the item that you ordered from Ocelloni will be in your possession within 1-3 business days. 

Orders that range above $75 from the mainland United States are eligible for FREE delivery. For orders below $75, the delivery cost within the United States is $8. 

The shipping rate is $28 if you wish to receive your order on the next business day. Make sure to place the order by 1 PM for next day delivery. This offer is not open for PO boxes. 

Ocelloni ships items to Canada and International too. The shipping rate for Canada is fixed at $15, and the packaged item will reach your residence within 2-3 business days. 

International shipping rates will vary. These rates start from $20 and go upwards, depending on the shipping address. International orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
